| ＜Highly productive striper machine＞ | |
| When knitting 2~3-colour striped fabric, increased number of feeds combined with increased machine speed achieves higher productivity , i.e. approx. 1.7 times (30") higher than that of MX-RSYRE equipped with conventional 4-colour auto-stripers. It is also more productive than MX-RSY3RE equipped with conventional 3-colour auto-stripers having the same number of feeds, i.e. 15% (30") higher due to increased machine speed. | |
| ＜F-type auto-stripers＞ | |
| ・It allows stable striping at high speeds thanks to our proven electromagnetic
actuators. ・Striper flip-up mechanism allows easy threading. ・Radom multi-finger operation (two or more fingers can feed yarns simultaneously) is possible. ・Reliable striping function enables narrower striping widths. |

| ＜Cam system for stable needle and sinker movement＞ | |
| ・3S-type needles with wider butt suitable for high speed operation are
used. ・Separate type stitch/raising cylinder cams and double-push type sinker cams ensure stable operation at high speeds. |

| Parts for elastomeric plating such as yarn carriers, yarn feeding rollers, MER, etc. are optionally available. | |
| ＜Hard yarn plating (optional)＞ | |
| Cams and needles for mesh knitting allow hard yarn plating. Typical hard yarn plated fabrics include fabrics using yarn-dyed cotton on the face and non-textured polyester on the back with stripes on the face which give fast moisture absorption and quick dry properties. Clearly striped hard yarn plated fabrics can be knitted by using ground yarns and mesh yarns in the same colour as both yarns can be striped. | |
